Nathalie De Ceulaer is a strategic and entrepreneurial finance professional with a strong track record in fundraising and corporate finance, including M&A, private placements, restructuring equity and debt. She is passionate about creating financial transparency for entrepreneurs and enabling them to grow their businesses by providing valuable insights and easier access to funding. Nathalie has extensive experience in stakeholder management, particularly in VC/PE situations, having served as a CFO and Risk Manager at Fortino Capital.
