Rodrigo Pádua is a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer with over 20 years of experience driving people, purpose and results across various industries including Beverage, Dairy, Real Estate, Food, Mobility, Logistics, and Technology/Digital. His extensive knowledge of business models in these industries has helped him develop a passion for processes and the right people which ultimately lead to extraordinary results.

With a background in Strategic Planning, Turnaround, Culture, and preparing companies for IPOs, acquisitions, and Private Equity, Rodrigo has honed his skills in all People (HR) processes including Recruitment, Learning Development, Assessment, Leadership, Engagement, Compensation, and Communication. He has also served as Leader of People and Compensation Committee (Board) and as a Board Sustainability Member.

Rodrigo's love for improving HR processes led him to implement "startups" such as Workplace, Gupy, ClubeBen, and he firmly believes that the "right" people are the most valuable asset for a company. He holds an MBA in Business and Human Resource Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed his Senior Executive Programme in Leadership, Strategy, and Innovation at the London Business School, and attended the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.

When he's not working, Rodrigo enjoys watching basketball, soccer, traveling, and spending time with his family. Currently serving as the Global People and Culture Officer, CHRO, and CPO at Stefanini Brasil, Rodrigo previously held executive Human Resources positions at JSL S.A., BRF, Gafisa, Danone, and Ambev.
