Paulo Marafon is a highly experienced business administrator with a proven track record in the financial, administrative, banking, and agricultural sectors. He holds a postgraduate degree in business management from UNIVEL- Faculty of Applied Social Sciences in Cascavel, as well as a bachelor's in administration from UNIOESTE- Western Paraná State University.

With over 13 years of experience in the banking industry, Paulo honed his skills in portfolio management, credit, and collections, enabling him to make sound analyses and decisions on loan applications. He also had the opportunity to work for 9 years in a large agribusiness company, where he oversaw financial operations and managed a team of 350 employees spread over 18 branches.

At Bayer Crop Science, Paulo served as a Senior Credit Consultant for four years, where he excelled in examining and granting credit to clients with a focus on risk management. He then served as a Credit and Receivables Representative at FMC Corporation, where he was responsible for over 160 clients across three states in Brazil.

Paulo's skill set extends beyond financial management; he is also an expert in organizational administration, and he's been at the forefront of building efficient and productive teams in the organizations he has worked in.
