Benchmarked it against GRAB and UBER, while factoring in a new transactional component. Also researched autonomous driving as an end game goal, tracking Teslas for initial use. Areas explored: crypto currencies, smart contracts, blockchain applications.

- I help budding inventors/entrepreneurs turn their new products into a marketable message that converts visitors into buyers on Kickstarter (and IndieGoGo). I assist with the copywriting, storytelling, proof of concept and support the page with animated gifs too (yep, gifs!), to complete the campaign page. Areas where I've worked on: Watches, Electric Motorcycles, Water Proof Shoes, Electrical Cords and Weather Sensors. I love working with international clients from Asia, South America and Europe.

Providing creative options to help transform <a href="http://LADBS.org">LADBS.org</a> into something more organic and interactive  (leaving behind the institutional government focus in favor for something more relevant and engaging).Tasked to brainstorm solutions that are more business focused and dare I say 'out-of-the-box'. Working with the team leads of their Technology Services Bureau (internally referred to as 'systems'), as well as presenting options to management. Long term goal is to consolidate all web properties and applications into a master portal for LADBS using a Single Sign On approach (SSO), and possibly O-Auth if needed.

I brought elegance and user-centered-design to the iRise Editor, our new web based prototyping tool.  I spent my time with the product, engineering and the server side teams. Experience with scrum, cross-team collaboration, wireframes and prototyping, as well as engaging in design reviews (enterprise ux issues). I designed a platform to rapidly prototype software for SMB, enterprise, helping establish user centered design to add tremendous value to our customers.

I've also facilitated live, remote user testing to capture real-time feedback on our new products. Starting to partake in contextual inquiry, learning from one of the country's best.

Worked on converting a large static site into a dynamic site to support a large community of photographers. Required to house and sustain video, podcasts, commenting and photo galleries using open source solutions.

Tradeshow graphics, t-shirts, collateral and micro-site work was also done. I'm leveraged SSI, Photoshop and planning before starting projects and R&D. Blending some art with engineering is key.

Produced LAMP environments to run internal Wikis as well.

Building and managing multiple brands, applying wireframes and sitemap concepts to existing sites, improving user experience through design and site paths with strong expectation management...also managing the creation of online ads as well as email communications (emails, upsells, etc.)

Designed banner ads, page modules, title graphics, email templates. Charged with basic page structure coding for emails with inlined CSS and table based layouts. Modified Photoshop Action Scripts to help automate populating site with available games (cover art). There I learned much about marketing to game console users.

Both pages boasted great ROI, as we made them easier to read & use (up sells on the confirmation was another concept we worked on successfully). I also created printed collateral for LegalZoom such as one sheets, a really nice folder and business cards for Proxilaw, and two Booth Designs for trade shows.

Worked on Interactive Flash Campaigns that were embedded into emails, files contained animation, variables, and database driven custom audio and also 'stated' the email recipient's first name in the audio. We built campaigns for Microsoft, Autodesk, EarthLink, and many other large companies.
