Shayna Cook

Shayna Cook is a seasoned trial attorney specializing in helping companies of all sizes navigate high-stakes cases in state and federal courts nationwide.

With a rich educational background, Shayna holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, a B.A. in History (Honors) from Trinity University, and studied at Wichita Collegiate School.

Currently serving as Partner and Trial Lawyer at Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum LLP, Shayna brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Her prior roles include being a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP, Trial Attorney at the Federal Programs Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice, and Law Clerk for the Honorable Sam Sparks at the U.S. District Court, W.D. Texas (Austin).

In addition to her legal career, Shayna has contributed to various organizations, including serving as a Board Member and Membership Co-Chair at Friends of Prentice and as Secretary on the National Board of Directors at Step Up Women's Network.
