Courtney Perez is a highly skilled lawyer with extensive knowledge of civil litigation and labor and employment law. She has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court and has experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings. Perez represents individuals, corporations, and governmental entities in various civil disputes, including breach of contract, negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, covenants not to compete, trademark infringement, patent infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
