Seisei Tatebe-Goddu is the Founder & CEO of Tandem Consulting Group, a company that offers strategy and organizational development consulting, coaching, and training services to clients across three continents. Currently, she holds the position of Venture Partner at Republic and works as a coach at The Grand. Seisei is also a Director at the Phillips Exeter Academy General Alumni Association. Her previous roles include serving as faculty at GCNYC, the first COO of Future Now/The States Project, and the founding COO of Run for Something. Before her political work, she was involved with the B Team, a Richard Branson initiative, and co-created doosh/off. Seisei is a graduate of McGill University and Columbia University, and she is associated with various organizations like NationSwell, Dreamers & Doers, Chief, Smash Squad, and Asian Boss Ladies. She has also participated in programs such as the Environmental Leadership Program, UPenn/Columbia Social Impact House, Sandbox, and StartingBloc. Seisei is a diverse individual with interests in sailing, rock climbing, running, free diving, and singing in the Coro Mundi choir.
