Kacie Lett Gordon is a coach, advisor, and storyteller who has dedicated her career to helping companies and leaders remain authentic in the face of growth. With a proven track record of co-founding and scaling a $10M professional services practice, Kacie has worked with F500 companies like UPS, Warner Media, Nationwide, and more. She co-founded the largest innovation community in Southeast Atlanta with over 600 members spanning enterprise, startup, education, and nonprofit industries. Kacie is also an accomplished startup advisor and mentor, with one of her advising companies reaching acquisition in 2020. She holds a Master of Arts in Interactive Marketing and Media from Elon University, and a BA in Communications and Spanish from Virginia Tech.
