Worked alongside the regional director of Southern California + Austin as we grew the team from less than ten to 100+. In addition to traditional administrative tasks like email ghost writing and scheduling, I partnered with Ross on cultural initiatives, training programs, project accounting, and local volunteer opportunities for the office.

Grew the office from a small team of engineers, to one that housed full software teams, clients, sales teams, and G&A, all while wearing many hats. Planned internal events, community events, in addition to managing the office, assisting in IT and security, and more.
