Michel Finzi is a seasoned leader, operator, entrepreneur and investor with a wealth of experience building and growing private and public businesses across industries. He is a specialist in electronic, algorithmic, systematic trading and technology, index, ETF, and UIT creation, PMS/OEMS, research and data analytics, capital, and digital markets, blockchains, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies.

Finzi is currently the Global Head of Investment Engine Product Management at Enfusion, where he oversees the development and implementation of investment technology products. Before this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Tassat Group, where he crafted and implemented various strategic initiatives. He has also worked as FinTech - Entrepreneur in Residence at Palm Ventures, where he played a critical role in driving innovation across the firm's businesses and formulating new strategies.

Prior to this, Finzi worked as SVP - Head of US Equities at NASDAQ OMX, MD - Head of Global Sales & Marketing at Barclays - RealTick, and MD - Head of Global Sales & Marketing at Lehman Brothers - RealTick. He also served as a Managing Director & SVP at Instinet Corporation, Strategic Advisor - Business Development & Strategy at Chaikin Analytics LLC, and Managing Member - Founder at Whitecrest Funding, LLC.

Finzi received his BA in Geology from Ohio Wesleyan University and is an advisory board member at Inca Digital Securities. He is an expert in equities and derivatives (listed/OTC), index and portfolio construction, capital markets digital market microstructure, data analytics, and more.
