Frank Spillers is a highly experienced UX Designer/Researcher, UX leader, and expert Interaction Designer based in the United States. He is a Subject Matter Expert in UX Design, UX Management, Accessibility, Emotion Design, Service Design, Localization UX, Lean UX, and VR/AR UX Design, having led over 500 projects to date with Fortune 500 clients that include Nike, Intel, Microsoft, HP, Capital One, among others.

With a focus on ROI of UX, Frank is also the founder of award-winning User Experience consulting firm, Experience Dynamics, and has trained over 300 teams and over 4,000 UX students globally as a UX Master Trainer, working closely with Interaction Design Foundation. He has improved website customer conversion by 83% and increased revenue by 200%. Frank is also an Adjunct Faculty Interactive Design Dept at The Art Institute of Portland, has worked as a Sr. User Experience consultant at Webcriteria (now IBM Analytics), User Centered Design specialist at Intuitive Design, and as a VR usability Designer at Okupi- VR.

Frank graduated with a Masters of Science in Cognitive Science from Birmingham University UK and currently serves as CEO/CXO and UX + Service Design Lead at Experience Dynamics Inc.
