Alden Cushman is a talented research professional with a comprehensive background in benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and market research. He holds an MBA in General Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Journalism from Lehigh University. Cushman started his career at Gartner where he served as Director of Research Products, and later moved to Kennedy Information as Vice President of Research before being acquired by BNA. He then worked at Reuters as Director of Marketing Insight and Head of Business Intelligence for Sales & Trading, before becoming Research Director and later Practice Director, Benchmarking and Analysis at SiriusDecisions. Cushman is currently Vice President of Diagnostics at Forrester, where he is responsible for producing detailed and insightful benchmarks and assessments that analyze client-specific investments, processes, and results compared to unique peer sets.
