Aleksander Powietrzynski is an experienced litigator with a strong background representing clients in both state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. He has expertise in commercial, bankruptcy, and consumer finance litigation matters and is skilled in briefing and arguing appeals in state and federal appellate courts. Powietrzynski has successfully represented clients on a wide array of legal issues and has enforced judgments to ensure successful outcomes. He holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a dual Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Currently serving as the Attorney/Officer at Winston & Winston PC, Powietrzynski was previously a Legal Intern at Berd and Klauss PLLC and held positions outside of law, including as a Bank Teller at First Niagara Bank, Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Everything and anything at PIOTR POWIETRZYNSKI PHOTOGRAPHY & DIGITAL IMAGING STUDIO.

Powietrzynski is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and has been admitted to various state courts, district and bankruptcy courts of New York (Eastern District, Northern District, Southern District, Western District), 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, District and Bankruptcy for the District of New Jersey, and 3rd Circuit.
