He holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy, and a Masters in Business Administration from Dartmouth College. Hollis has an exceptional background in nuclear engineering and has worked as a Nuclear Reactor Operator, Nuclear Power Student, Nuclear Engineering Officer, and Main Propulsion Assistant in the US Navy.

In addition to his military experience, Hollis has interned with The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and worked as an SMB Strategy Intern at Monster.
