Hung Huynh is a highly versatile senior manager with extensive experience in driving operational efficiency, technological solutions, and client relationship management improvements for global banking and insurance firms. He holds a Master of Computer Science in Systems & Communications and a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from top universities in France, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical ­ Electronic Engineering from HCMC University of Technology.

Throughout his career, Hung has demonstrated a talent for managing complex business strategies, identifying process inefficiencies and gaps, and implementing solutions. He has created entire service departments, spearheaded the extensive overhaul of service policies and processes, and sourced innovative IT solutions to meet business objectives.

In addition to his business acumen, Hung has successfully founded and directed several companies, including Intelligence4Start and Voice Search, and has held various senior roles in prominent organizations, such as Monash College, Griffith University, AIG, SGVF, and ViNa Brilliant Card Joint Stock. Furthermore, he has conducted post-doctoral and research associate work in the Intelligent House and Laboratory of Electrical Engineering in Grenoble, respectively.
