Dylan D'Souza

Dylan D'Souza is a highly successful Enterprise Software Services Leader with years of experience leading and building professional services teams. He has a strong business sense and has managed critical competing priorities on large and complex programs. His expertise lies in the Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), Environmental Health Safety & Quality (EHSQ) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) spaces. Dylan's key strengths include fostering a culture of delivery, learning opportunities and empowerment, which had led to the development and leading of exceptional, engaged services teams in high growth environments.

Dylan has studied at the Project Management Institute, AIT at Information Technology Institute, and BCom at the University of Victoria. He has held significant roles at Intelex Technologies Ulc as Director, Global Services, and as Senior Project Manager. Dylan has also worked at IBM, Varicent Software, Infor, The Casey Group, BC Ministry of Children & Families, and currently serves as the Director of Professional Services at Microstrategy.
