Randeep Melhi

Randeep Melhi is the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at 360green, a Singapore-based forestry carbon projects management and consultancy firm. 360green specializes in blending carbon markets, sustainable practices, and forestry projects with data analytics and distributed ledger technology.

With over 7 years of experience, Randeep has been instrumental in assisting large organizations in integrating blockchain technology across various industries including finance, real estate, govtech, smart cities, supply chain, and clean energy.

Randeep played a pivotal role as a founding member of KPMG's blockchain practice in 2014, aiding Wall Street in adapting to the implications of blockchain on their business operations. He later moved from New York to Singapore in 2018 to promote blockchain innovation in Asia.

Prior to his ventures in blockchain, Randeep began his career as a structured products professional at BlackRock, gaining profound insights into the workings of Wall Street before transitioning into management consulting.

Having pursued degrees in Finance, International Business from NYU's Stern School of Business, and holding a Masters in Global Finance specializing in FinTech from NYU and HKUST, Randeep is well-equipped with a robust educational background to complement his professional expertise.

Throughout his career, Randeep has held various significant roles at organizations like Factarize, Cardano Currency, Blockshine Singapore, Blockchain Centre Singapore, Capco, Iceberg Holdings, Cliffrose Inc., and BlackRock, showcasing his versatility and proficiency in diverse domains.

Furthermore, Randeep's experience extends to his time as a Third Sergeant (3SG) and Armored Section Commander at the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), highlighting his leadership abilities and strategic acumen in multiple contexts.
