During his career, Jim held significant roles at renowned financial institutions, including Citi and Bankers Trust Company.

At Citi, he served as the Vice Chairman and Head of Global Energy Corporate Banking before his retirement. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at both Citi and Bankers Trust Company.
