Geoffrey Peck

Geoffrey Peck is a finance and restructuring partner who has made a name for himself representing companies, investors, lenders, funds, and asset managers in complex legal cases. With extensive experience in legal practice specialties, Geoff has crossed borders to represent clients across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. His extensive experience in distressed and insolvency matters means he is well-placed to guide clients through complex workouts and restructurings.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Geoff worked as a senior Vice President at Citigroup Global Markets, where he focused on providing legal advice and transaction management services to the bank's proprietary and special situations investment groups and par and distressed trading groups. With an educational background that includes a BA and BS from Boston University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, there is no doubt that Geoff's expertise speaks for itself.
