Donna S.☮ is an accomplished and recognized subject matter expert who has extensive experience working in both the public and private sectors. With a background in economics, information assurance and security, and tax law, along with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a Minor in Homeland Security, Donna has leveraged her knowledge to identify client needs and ensure delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, compliance, and information security.

Donna has managed complex multicultural projects and teams at international levels and is an effective change agent who combines business process restructuring with the efficient use of new technologies to enhance functionality and productivity. She has experience assessing and auditing security and data privacy to reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Donna has held various positions such as Chief Information Security Officer (C-CISO), Senior IT Security Compliance Engineer / Subject Matter Expert, Senior Compliance Consultant, Senior IT Auditor, Senior Information Assurance Engineer, and many more. She has also founded Donnatron Synergies, Inc., where she continues to serve as the Founder.

Skilled in cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues, Donna is also adept at communicating with clarity and diplomacy to individuals from diverse cultural and organizational backgrounds.
