Chang Zi Qian is an entrepreneur, lawyer, and historian with extensive experience in law, innovation, and startups. He is admitted to practice law in Singapore and has served in the Singapore Prime Minister's Office, where he focused on innovation and startups related policy. Chang co-founded INTELLLEX, which aims to index THE LAW and build useful applications for the world's legal community. He is also a member of the Singapore Committee for Future Economy (Law and Accounting Work Group) and has been named twice as one of the 100 Leaders of Tomorrow at the St Gallen Symposium and once as a Dragon 100 Young Leaders Leader. Chang holds an LLB from Singapore Management University and attended Hwa Chong Junior College and The Chinese High School.
