David Philips, an experienced technology executive, has been a valuable asset to Dialogic, a global leader in cloud-optimized solutions for real-time communications, for several years. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Intelligent Call Control, bringing his expertise in developing innovative software solutions, implementing large-scale projects, and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Director of Bandwidth Optimization Development, where he managed a team of engineers responsible for designing and implementing Dialogic's bandwidth optimization solutions. David has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked for various companies, including Alcatel-Lucent and Ameritech. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
