Joanna Jaeger

Joanna Jaeger is a highly accomplished Restaurant General Manager with a track record of success in nurturing a positive, service-oriented culture for staff and guests. With extensive experience in beverage program revamping, staff culture development, and HR management, Joanna brings a unique brand of leadership that empowers her team to thrive.

Joanna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare, Gender and Women's Studies, Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has since held impressive roles like General Manager at Loco Pez - West Philly and The Cambridge, and Front of House Manager at Short Stack Eatery.
