Arjana Kastrati is an experienced telecommunications engineer with a Master's degree in Information Technology. With a strong background in customer service, public speaking, and the TCP/IP protocol suite, she has worked in various positions in the industry including BSS/OSS Technical Support Expert at ngena, Senior Engineer and B2B support Engineer at Tring, NMC Engineer, Technical Support Engineer at Tring, and Network engineer internship at ALBtelecom Albania. She received her Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana and her MSc in Information Technology from Albanian University.
