Lori Crooks, a seasoned cybersecurity professional, has an impressive background in IT audits, compliance, and data security. She is a graduate of Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where she studied MBA, Information Systems Security and Assurance, and Presbyterian College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration. Lori worked as an Internal Auditor at Equifax and the State of Georgia before moving on to specialize in security and compliance. She has managed teams performing FISMA/FedRAMP, PCI, ISO, and HIPAA audits while at A-lign Security and Compliance Services as a Managing Consultant. Lori also created an Information Security Training Program for all employees, managed third-party and customer audits, and developed policies based on the ISO27001 and performed compliance audits at LexisNexis and Cox Communications. Before specializing in Security and Compliance, Lori performed risk assessments, technical audits, physical security reviews, and Sarbanes-Oxley audits as an Internal Auditor.
