She studied at the Pittsburgh Creative And Performing Arts School, and has since then been a partner technology manager at Google, a former critic at Yale University, an adjunct professor at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and a co-founder at Apartm.net, as well as a consultant for various companies like oneworld Alliance and Gannett - USA TODAY NETWORK.
Erin has also held esteemed positions in Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, as director of design technology, lead design technologist, head of consumer technology, and head of newsroom development, among others. She was also executive director, head of engineering for new products and ventures, and executive director, head of engineering at NYT Beta at The New York Times. Erin is an experienced creative technologist and lead technical illustrator, having worked with companies like Commandshift3 and thehappycorp global, among others.
