Jon Oswaks is a seasoned executive with a wide-ranging expertise in global engineering, manufacturing, and operations. He has an illustrious career in driving product development, rapid prototyping, and engineering, among others, for a variety of industry sectors such as microelectronics, surgical implantable devices, and large form factor capital equipment. With a proven track record in bringing products to the market, Oswaks has also become an expert in driving value through lean practices and fostering cross-functional technical leadership. With many years of experience interfacing with CMs in Asian countries, Oswaks has become a skilled problem solver, mentor, and team builder. Oswaks also has an extensive background in DFx to support new product definition, research, and methodologies that are based on a matrix of cross-functional stakeholders' inputs.

Jon Oswaks earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from Hofstra University.
