Mary Collum is a seasoned financial executive and commercial banker with a focus on strategy, growth, and team development. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she has managed billion-dollar divisions and provided guidance as an advisor to directors and C-Suite executives in high growth firms and community banks. Mary specializes in commercial lending, debt restructuring, capital markets, risk management, and process assessment. She is also well-versed in compensation structure, building teams, and client experience solutions.

Mary received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University and continued her studies by pursuing an MBA with a focus on Finance from the University of Phoenix. She also completed a Banking Master's degree from Pacific Coast Banking School.

Throughout her career, Mary has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at National Bank of Arizona, where she oversaw Premier Wealth Management and managed regional credit operations. She has also held VP positions at National Bank of Arizona and Wells Fargo Bank.

Mary is currently a Growth Advisor at AZ Growth Advisors and has previously served as President of Vantage Strategic Consulting and a Certified Leadership Ambassador at Take The Lead Women.
