Chris Kephart, a highly accomplished sales leader, has a strong track record of spearheading successful sales teams and surpassing revenue goals. Over the years, he has been instrumental in transforming sales organizations through his strategic solution selling approach. Chris is widely recognized for his expertise in Business Process Outsourcing, Solution Sales, SaaS, Human Capital Management, and PEO. He has received national recognition for growing divisions at both a Fortune 500 company and a small business, bagging 13 President Club awards (top 10%) and has been the #1 National Performer on six occasions.
Chris’ impressive accomplishments also include being recruited by the CEO and SVP to open up a new market and organically grow a brand. He sits on the advisory board for a tech startup and is passionate about mentoring and promoting salespeople into leadership roles. He has demonstrated his ability to accelerate new sales revenue by an average of 54% a year since 2009.
