Primary function as a Client Manager (CM) is to serve as the primary point of contact, as well as provide end-to-end support to an $832 million portfolio consisting of twenty-plus health systems.Responsibilities include: Serve as a trusted advisor for all client communications, conflict resolution, deliverables, regulatory compliance, and competitive environments. Drive additional value by developing cross-sell strategies designed to leverage Vizient’s Optimizer and WFX software (SaaS) solutions and product offerings. Manage C-Suite and senior leadership relationships, present executive business reviews, provide impact analysis, benchmarking, communicate the value proposition to key stakeholders, oversee the proposal lifecycle, decrease operating expenses, increasing resource productivity and manage the overall health of Vizient’s relationship with its respective clients.Notable Achievements:•	The top-performing and newest CM in the division, three quarters consecutively, by a margin of 8-10% year-over-year (YOY).•	Consistently exceeded revenue goals by 4-6% YOY, and maintained higher than 90% client satisfaction on the yearly key stakeholder survey.

Increased product utilization, negotiated and maintained the integrity of client agreements, as well as identified revenue growth opportunities. Additionally, I was responsible for creating customized analytics/reporting, benchmarking, client resource efficiency, managing the proposal lifecycle and executive business reviews, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.•	Identified areas of opportunity and created/spearheaded a process to increase clean claim rates and lower denials via trending and strategic collaboration; leading to a 30% reduction in rejections and the successful billing of $15 million in aged claims for a prominent client.
