She has worked with micro businesses, SMEs, and multinationals in a variety of sectors including food and beverages, sport, engineering, chemicals, life science and medical, entertainment, electronics, and software. Michelle's expertise lies in helping businesses understand the importance of their brand and how to protect it, including advising companies on risk assessments, clearance, trade mark disputes, oppositions, registrations, and IP transactions.

Michelle prides herself on developing a deep understanding of each business's unique brand and tailoring her solutions to fit their specific needs and budget. She has extensive experience protecting product and packaging design through design registration systems and also advises on copyright, unregistered design right, and domain name disputes.

Michelle is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and regularly attends networking events in South Wales and the South West. She has an undergraduate degree in Plant Sciences from the University of Sheffield and has previously worked at Wynne-Jones IP, Urquhart-Dykes & Lord LLP, and DLA Piper.
