- As the Global Head of Vault, lead the business development and roll out of the Ledger Vault solution to hedge funds and high-net-worth individuals investing in crypto-assets. Hire top talent and build out teams to grow capabilities in international financial centers across Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Europe, and the Americas.
- Lead a team of 10 US-based direct reports, along with international personnel, based on market penetration. Manage the full P&L for Vault with responsibility for Marketing, Sales, Product, and Account Management teams reporting to me globally. Report directly to Pascal Gauthier, the President of Ledger and former COO of Criteo.
- Maintain full responsibility for the strategic execution of all marketing, prospecting, sales, negotiation, and closing activities for Ledger Vault. Ledger Vault is the first state-of-the-art enterprise solution that safeguards crypto assets using secure hardware. Vault features industry best-in-class account governance, system redundancy to maximize resilience at every level, and a customizable and user-friendly web interface.
- Facilitate marketing positioning and implement brand strategies in the enterprise solutions segment. Supervise and support the technical implementation of Ledger Vault at client sites.
- Currently leading early access beta launch of Ledger with 25 select institutions, which will be followed by an industry-wide launch in late 2018.

A network of 23 regulated exchanges and marketplaces, Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE) merges innovation and technology to provide cutting-edge client solutions for efficiency, automation, and risk management.

- Served as GM for the Desktop Solutions business line with full responsibility for global P&L. Managed 7 direct reports and a full team of 37 personnel located in London, New York, Chicago, and California. Consistently exceeded goals for this role, achieving $293M in sales (+3% YoY) for the first half of 2016, and exceeded quota for 2017 by 151%.
- Led strategy, technology, product roadmaps, operations, sales, and business development for ICE’s proprietary instant messaging and desktop platforms, utilized by top retail and institutional clients. Product responsibilities included: ICE Messaging, ICE Connect, ICE Data & Analytics, Option Analytics, Market-Q, NYSE Connect, and eSignal.
- Provided industry-leading SaaS solutions for more than 60K customers, delivering cutting edge tools to analyze, chart, and trade equities, options, futures, and FX. Served a wide range of asset classes and customer segments including retail trading, commodities & energy, financial advisors, C-suite, and public company investor relations.
- Played a key role in the growth and success of the ICE instant messaging platform, generating $3.7M in 2016 sales and $5.7M in 2017. Expanded into new asset classes and strengthened presence in commodities and energy.
- Executed and launched the ICE Connect and ICE Data & Analytics products in 2017, successfully incorporating processes and systems from two companies, IDC and ICE. Provided a new data terminal for the customer base with proprietary ICE content. In the process of converting 4,000 FutureSource users to ICE Connect and sold over 600 new seats in the first 8 months.

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE)

Vice President, Global Head of Desktop Solutions & Content Acquisition

- Responsible for leading the Connectivity business line and P&L, encompassing Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure (STFI) and ICE/NYSE CoLo.  Set the product direction and roadmap for all connectivity solutions and colocation service offerings.  Achieved unprecedented YoY growth, surpassing STFI and CoLo goals in 2016.
- Managed six direct reports, while heading global operations in the U.S. and the EMEA, including 24 data centers, access centers across all markets, colocation facilities, and the U.S. Liquidity Center in Mahwah, New Jersey.
- Supported the reputation and continued growth of ICE by maintaining a clear focus on industry-leading connectivity solutions, regardless of the market or data requirement. Delivered secure, reliable, and low latency access, to more than 150 trading venues and 600+ market data and news sources, across the U.S. Europe, and Asia.
- Launched a new product offering in 2016 with the introduction of STFI Wireless millimeter wave service, providing faster-than-fiber data transfer between Ice's Mawah Data Center, Carteret, and Seacaucus.
- Headed the 2016 launch of NYSE Connect, a robust, intuitive platform offering mission-critical data, information, and cross-platform tools for investor relations (IR) and finance teams.
- Following the acquisition of Interactive Data, managed the successful integration of the 7Ticks division into SFTI, including product services, marketing, sales, and operational staff.
