Karen Jones is a highly accomplished marketing research professional with a proven track record of success. She possesses a strong educational background, holding both a BA in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Louisville. Over the course of her career, Karen has worked with some of the world's most recognizable consumer brands, acquiring expertise in research, analytics, and marketing in the process.
Before joining the Anthem, Inc. team as a Marketing Strategy & Insights Manager, Karen held a range of positions with companies such as The Rawlings Group, Time Warner Cable, Brown-Forman, and both Insight Communications and Anthem, Inc. These roles allowed her to develop a deep understanding of marketing research, data analysis, and business strategy. She is highly skilled in applying research to inform business decisions and is adept at both written and statistical reporting.
In addition to her work experience, Karen is a member of the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) organization. She is highly motivated, results-oriented, and her career advancement is evidence of her exceptional work ethic.
