Cassandra Oswald is an accomplished Events Coordinator and Receptionist, with over 8 years of professional cross-industry experience. During her career, she has gained expertise in office administration, business administration, customer service excellence, events management, service delivery excellence, reception operations, customer relationship management, and commercial awareness.

Cassandra is a graduate of Edinburgh College, where she studied HND Event Management, A. Prior to her role as Senior Events Coordinator for Carlowrie Castle, Edinburgh's Unique Venue for Weddings, Cassandra held leadership roles at Heritage Portfolio - Hospitality & Tourism Services and Quality Link Recruitment - Event Management Service.
