His most recent position as Manager of School Investments at Philadelphia School Partnership involves overseeing the allocation of funds to schools in Philadelphia. Previously, he was the Founding Principal of DRW College Prep at The Noble Network of Charter Schools, where he helped shape the school's vision, created a culture of learning, and improved student performance. Kelley has also worked as a Literature Teacher at Rauner College Prep and an English Teacher at The American School Foundation.
