Rommell Narvaez is a seasoned digital marketer, innovator, and inventor with a track record of success in the consumer health, FMCG, medical device, and financial services industries. Over the course of 10 years, he gained progressive experience in digital marketing, platform development, and digital transformation, from Silicon Valley and Singapore to the Philippines. Rommell is a strong proponent and practitioner of CX, UI/UX, and design thinking methodologies. He excels in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation using insights and data, as demonstrated by a patent he holds for a blood glucose monitoring device design. Rommell served in various marketing and sales positions at Johnson & Johnson for almost 15 years, including senior brand manager, group brand manager, global product director, global associate marketing director, and global marketing manager. He also led R&D, regulatory, finance, and supply chain teams in local, regional, and global innovation initiatives in diabetes care/self-care, personal care, baby care, and financial care (banking). In his most recent position as SVP OIC Brand Management, Marketing, Digital Banking & Customer Intelligence at Philippine National Bank, he played a key role in developing the bank's digital capabilities, working with technology vendors, external financial groups, and global Microsoft suppliers. Rommell earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Marketing Management from De La Salle University. He is currently involved in startups/entrepreneurship as a self-employed individual.
