Nivas Ravichandran is a seasoned professional with a diverse skillset and background in startups and entrepreneurship. He is currently the Head of the Startup Program - Americas at Freshworks, a customer engagement SaaS software company based in San Mateo. Nivas is a specialist in product marketing, social selling, content marketing strategy, influencer marketing, and marketing automation. He has also worked as an angel investor at Pazcare and a mentor at Expert Dojo, MassChallenge, GSVlabs, Techstars, and SaaSBooMi.

Nivas is an IEEE volunteer and the Vice Chair of IEEE Young Professionals Global. He led the Young Professionals Community for IEEE Asia Pacific (Region 10) in the past. He has also worked as a Growth Specialist at Frilp, the Turing Research Labs and as the HUB Leader - Madras Section Student Network at IEEE. Additionally, he was the India Representative - South Asia Young Professionals Committee for IEEE Young Professionals.

Nivas holds a degree in B.E in ECE from Jeppiaar Engineering College and has completed his schooling from Sri Sankara Vidyashramam and Abacus Montessori School. He has also been a guest writer at Inc42 Media, Hacker Noon at AMI, and Tech in Asia. Nivas has been an organizer at Startup Weekend and was previously the City Leader - Chennai & Bangalore at SaaStock Local.
