Dheer Lalit Gupta is an experienced software industry professional with over 22 years of diverse experience in software development, project/product/release management, and people management. He started his career as a programmer and worked on eCommerce, ERP, and Building automation products. Afterward, he implemented Software Engineering practices, tools, and Project/Product management concepts for the development of various product lines. Based on his expertise, he looked forward to applying concepts related to business/product strategies and taking innovative ideas towards product conversion.

Gupta has managed multiple large-scale projects effectively and efficiently, with expertise in strategic conceptualization, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery. He has exposure to Agile Project Management Methodology and adept at identifying risks early, quantitative assessment, risk avoidance, alternative solutions, and risk mitigation and contingency. Gupta's strong suit is building engaged and performing teams while adept at defining SMART objective development plans and conducting performance calibrations. He has developed a strong connection with members from junior executives to Senior Management.

He had acquired rich and vast hands-on experience as a developer in various MS technologies like ASP.Net, C#, Winforms, Web Services, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc. Gupta also possesses good knowledge of several open-source e-enabling software like nopCommerce, Opencart, WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop, etc. With strong domain expertise in e-Commerce, e-Marketing, extensive knowledge of building automation systems, and healthcare, Gupta completed his BE from the University of Mysore and 10+2 from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
