Major accomplishments: Developed and Implemented Crew Leadership Program – a progressive development program for manufacturing line employees to learn skills in QA, Lean Manufacturing, Leadership, Machine Maintenance, and the Customer. This program opens opportunities for the operator to grow into leadership roles in the company.  Conducted and facilitated 360 Review Leadership Retreat for HOPE’s strategic leadership team. Facilitated Kaizen on the Commercialization Process cutting out waste and cutting lead time down from 180 days to 90 days.

Human Resources Manager

As a start-up with a rapidly changing environment, I was quickly promoted into different Operations roles in my first year before landing the HR Manager position. Each role increased in responsibility all including coordinating, planning and scheduling production, supervising teams of manufacturing employees to ensure all quality standards were met and orders were produced on time, and oversight on facilities budget.

Operations Manager

Executed all HR duties including compensation and benefits administration, onboarding, administering worker’s comp insurance, payroll, and policy management.

Developed annual $1.3M budget process for organization; Managed daily QuickBooks accounting including, A/R and A/P. Managed and Coordinated Audit and IRS 990 reporting. Functioned as IT Manager for Organization. Assisted management staff in coordinating contractors when necessary and managed general office volunteers, as needed. Served as receptionist for agency and face to our constituents, revised and maintained all agency filing and archiving, and maintained office supplies for the agency. Coordinated annual renewal of Agency Liability and General Operating insurance

Managed all course reserved media, books and scores each semester. Worked with all faculty and adjunct staff to coordinate information and ensure materials were available to students.

Major Accomplishment: Created and implemented Digital Audio Reserves reformatting audio CD selections for access online reserve module.

Fine Arts Library Access Services Supervisor

Coordinated and oversight of student workforce including recruiting, training, onboarding, payroll, and scheduling. Facilitated all accounting and bookkeeping needs for small business.
