Simonne Kranz is a seasoned solicitor with vast experience in litigation, employee relations, and corporate law matters. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 after studying a Diploma in Law at the University of Sydney, following her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of NSW. Simonne had an extensive career working as a solicitor in private practice before joining reputable companies such as Staples Pty Limited, Allianz, Shippit, and now, Employsure, as their NSW Business Partner.

At Employsure, Simonne consults with businesses daily in providing specialist workplace relations advice. During her tenure at Allianz, she coached managers on improving organisational performance, and at Staples, she was a member of the Senior Leadership Team and appeared in tribunals such as Fair Work Australia and the Australian Human Rights Commission. Simonne is well-versed in contract interpretation, risk management, and policy drafting.

In her previous roles, Simonne has facilitated training sessions and presentations on legislative developments, among other matters.
