Coming from a family deeply rooted in leadership development, he now leads Stewart Leadership, a company founded by his father, where he continues the legacy of impacting lives and organizations globally.

With 15 years of corporate experience and a diverse set of skills, Daniel specializes in executive coaching, human capital consulting, strategic planning, and M&A integration.

His expertise includes areas such as leadership strategy, organizational development, competency development, and facilitating high-performing teams.

Daniel holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication and Development from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University.

Throughout his career, he has held key roles such as President at Stewart Leadership, Director of Talent Management at Aurora Health Care, and Manager of Org Design & Development at various organizations like Kohl's Corporation and The Weihs Group.
