Dr. Laura Hauser is a renowned international expert in team coaching and leadership development, with over 18 years of experience working for large corporations before starting her own company. Dr. Hauser is a trusted advisor who is widely recognized for her ability to unite people towards a common goal, build innovation teams, and improve overall organizational performance. Dr. Hauser holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Systems, with the first empirical study on team coaching, from Fielding Graduate University, and an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. She serves as an Assistant Faculty Member at Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), and is a former Associate Professor at Royal Roads University and Adjunct Faculty at Fielding Graduate University.
