With a background in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, Ali has over 4 years of experience in project management, people management, and various leadership roles.

His expertise spans across recruitment and selection, employee engagement, HRIS management, event management, training, business development, sales, strategic planning, logistics, customer relations, direct marketing, and corporate communication.

Ali has a strong passion for diversity and inclusion, having mentored over 180 students and volunteered over 2500 community hours with numerous organizations in Canada and Pakistan.
