Olivia N. Minick is a multitalented individual with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in talent consulting, DEI training and consulting, workshop leading, recruitment, college access management, and civic engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College, where she majored in Media and Communications, with minors in Africana Studies and Religious Studies. Additionally, she earned a Master of Arts degree in Systematic Theology from Union Theological Seminary, with a focus on Black Theology, Womanist Theology, and Social Justice. She also completed the Accelerated Year Program in Audio Engineering and Music Production at the SAE Institute of Technology-New York. She has served in various positions, including as Talent Consultant at DRG Talent Advisory Group, DEI Trainer/Consultant at Alex Love Consulting, Workshop Leader at Building Beats, Associate Director of Recruitment at Uncommon Schools, College Access Manager at Let's Get Ready, National Teaching Fellowship Coordinator at Citizen Schools, Civic Engagement STEM VISTA at Citizen Schools, and Circulation, Administrative Assistant at The Burke Library at Union Theological Seminary.
