Assi Mashala is an experienced hardware manager and ASIC HW director, with a strong educational background in both business administration and electrical engineering. Mashala studied at Ben Gurion University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.

Mashala has held leadership positions in several notable organizations throughout his career, including Albatronics, Teracross, and Sadisk, where he served as Director of ASIC HW. Currently, Mashala is the Director of ASIC HW at Western Digital.
