- Won the contract to supply temporary voice and data networks used to cover the four-day visit to the UK of Pope Benedict XVI.The contract commenced on the Pope’s visit to Scotland on September 16th, where he was received by Her Majesty The Queen in Edinburgh, before travelling to Glasgow, where he will celebrate an opening open-air Mass at Bellahouston Park, he will then fly from Glasgow to London. Amongst many other engagements whilst in London, the Pope celebrated Mass in Westminster Cathedral. On Sunday 19th September, the pope traveled to Birmingham to celebrate the beatification of Cardinal John Henry Newman, which will be held in Cofton Park, before returning to Rome from Birmingham Airport.

Solwise has approximately 600 active business customers with a significant amount of its income and gross margin coming from monthly recurring business. Solwise is also an Internet Service Provider (ISP), and has a data centre in Brighton with connectivity into Telehouse North in London.Sipswitch has developed its own voice over IP (“VoIP”) platform, and the acquisition includes the ownership of the intellectual property which has been created by the development of the Sipswitch VoIP platform. Accent owns 30% of the equity of two independent resellers who trade under the Accent brand: Accent Telecom North Limited ("ATN") based in Stockton on Tees, and Accent Telecom South Limited ("ATS") based in Middlesex, which exclusively sell Accent's services into the SME market.  ATUK also owns 40% of the issued share capital of Stripe 21 Limited, a fast growing network solutions business based in Dorking, Surrey which provides state-of-the-art IP based business services to SMEs and corporates.

It has interconnect arrangements with BT, Virgin Media and THUS. As a registered PTO (public telecommunications operator), Colloquium its own telephone number ranges, both geographic and non-geographic (such as 0845), allocated by OFCOM, and is able to port fixed line numbers to and from BT.
