Abha Saxena is an accomplished accessibility and inclusion specialist with experience spanning across various business roles and geographies. She is the Founder and Director of Social Equity Advisory Services and is associated with AIFO India as a member of the Board of Advisors. Additionally, Abha has held leadership positions at renowned corporate names, such as NASSCOM Foundation, Aditya Birla Minacs IT, and Sonata Software, where she successfully managed country head, business unit head and CSR leadership roles. Her expertise lies in advising non-profit organizations on their non-core areas such as CSR readiness, fundraising, communication, donor, and volunteer management. Abha also teaches and speaks on CSR at educational institutes and is an active Rotarian.

Abha has a BA Honors in Psychology from Raghunath Girls' (P.G) College, Meerut, and has studied Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the National Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
