Pour l’ensemble des établissements hôteliers concernés (5) j'ai en charge la coordination des opérationshôtelières et des interactions de tous les secteurs du département (Entretien ménager, maintenance,réceptions, conciergerie, relations avec les propriétaires).- Dans le respect de la qualité du service et  l’application des standards- En veillant à la satisfaction de la clientèle et de propriétaires et en supervisant la gestion des plaintes- En gérant le processus de recrutement des cadres et équipiers et en assurant le suivi de leur formation- En participant à la préparation des budgets de salaire du département- En supervisant le budget opérationnel du département et en assurant les suivis mensuels- En veillant à l’optimisation du taux d’occupation et à l’augmentation des revenus- En développant des relations de confiance et une communication régulière avec les propriétaires.- En supervisant la planification de la maintenance tout en priorisant les travaux dans le respect des     budgets.Chiffres clés :• 5 établissements Hôteliers (3 et 4 étoiles) comptant 900 suites (1 à 3 chambres)• Assistance pour  les 2 autres établissements hôteliers des Suites Tremblant (Holiday Inn Express et Westin)• Encadrement d’une équipe de 25 professionnels cadres et 200 salariés syndiquésMes forces :Une pensée stratégiqueUn esprit mobilisateur d’équipeLa conduite du changementLe développement de partenariatsLa maîtrise des normesGestion des ressources humaines
