While at LJ Create I replaced LJ's paper based support tracking system with a computerized, networked help-desk, knowledge base and reporting system which I developed using Visual Basic.  The new system was later adopted by LJ's North America headquarters and also used for it's reporting features at LJ's world headquarters.
