Jan Schuurman is an internationally-developed Engineer hailing from the Netherlands, characterized by his passion for sustainability and the built environment. With a wide-ranging experience in Project & Process Management, he has worked on Construction, Property, Offshore, Wind, PPP, DBFMO, and Strategy Consulting projects. Jan's educational background is rich and diverse, having studied a Master of Property at the University of Melbourne, a Master's Degree in Real Estate & Housing at the Technische Universiteit Delft, and a Bachelor of Science in Building Engineering (Bouwkunde) at the same institution. He also undertook a Minor in Fiscaal Ondernemingsrecht at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Minor in International Entrepreneurship & Development at the Delft University of Technology.

Jan has worked in notable organizations such as AM, where he serves as a Real Estate Developer. He has also served as Board Member Young BAM at Royal BAM Group nv, Project Engineer Offshore Wind (Gravity Based Foundation) at BAM Nuttall Ltd., Strategy Consultant Infrastructural Tender Procurement at BAM Infra Nederland, Management Trainee at Royal BAM Group nv, and Operations Coordinator DBFMO / PPS also at Royal BAM Group nv. In addition, he worked as a Real Estate Development Intern at Maarsen Groep, where he gained invaluable knowledge and experience.
